History
The dwelling, adjoining the northern ramparts of the town, consists of three parts: in the centre, the original main dwelling later provided with a gallery overlooking the square, to the east, buildings occupied by a museum and, to the west, an 18th century building converted into housing. There remain traces of the old constructions but the interiors were reworked in the 18th and 19th centuries.
