History
This building is a good example of a town house from the end of the 18th century in Bordeaux, built on lands parcelled out by the two last archbishops of the Old Regime, between 1771 and the Revolution. It can be attributed to Richard François Bonfin who completed the construction of the episcopal palace and controlled the sale of the lands of the archbishopric.
