Cette maison de maître fut la demeure du peintre Mario Cavaglieri (1887-1969) , qui l'acheta en 1925. Il s'y installa définitivement peu après et y vécut jusqu'à sa mort. Le domaine comporte plusieurs corps de bâtiments disposés autour d'une cour. Au premier étage de l'aile méridionale, les pièces ont été entièrement décorées par Mario Cavaglieri. Le décor comporte surtout des scènes mythologiques très chatoyantes et tourbillonnantes, exaltant les nus féminins et les drapés.

History
This master's house was the residence of painter Mario Cavaglieri (1887-1969), who bought it in 1925. He settled there permanently shortly after and lived there until his death. The estate comprises several buildings arranged around a courtyard. On the first floor of the southern wing, the rooms were entirely decorated by Mario Cavaglieri. The decoration features mainly highly shimmering and swirling mythological scenes, exalting feminine nudes and draperies.
