L'hôtel Davé a été édifié pour Arthur de Roussel avant 1892. Il est implanté en retrait du boulevard et s'étend sur toute la largeur de la parcelle avec un jardin à l'arrière. Il possède deux entrées, celle côté boulevard étant l'entrée principale, et son rez-de-chaussée est surélevé. Il s'agit d'un bâtiment construit en pierre. La façade sur jardin est enduite. Un important fronton semi- circulaire pare le sommet de la travée centrale des façades sur rue et sur boulevard. L'entrée principale est accessible par un escalier abrité par le balcon de l'étage soutenu par des colonnes doriques. Le volume intérieur est structuré autour du grand espace correspondant à la travée centrale jusqu'à l'escalier donnant sur le jardin. Actuellement, des cloisons brisent la ligne de cet axe. L'escalier se distingue par son ampleur. Il possède toujours sa peinture rouge pompéien avec des motifs floraux ainsi qu'une grande frise tenant lieu de soubassement. A l'étage, le palier s'ouvre par deux arcs reposant sur trois colonnes et le plafond de la cage d'escalier a conservé son décor de stuc. Au rez-de-chaussée, quatre grands salons sont aménagés autour de l'axe central menant vers l'escalier. Le salon au sud-est renferme toujours sa cheminée en marbre blanc et son décor stuqué. Un couloir a probablement été ouvert, coupant ainsi le salon situé au sud-ouest mais on retrouve le décor de son plafond constitué de caissons carrés moulurés dans ce même couloir. Le plafond stuqué et le sol de mosaïques sont toujours visibles dans le salon du nord-ouest. Enfin, le salon, à l'est, a été totalement morcelé. A l'étage, les pièces donnant sur le boulevard ont toutes gardé leurs cheminées en marbre ou onyx.

History
The Davé hotel was built for Arthur de Roussel before 1892. It is set back from the boulevard and extends over the full width of the plot with a garden to the rear. An important semicircular pediment adorns the top of the central bay of the street and boulevard facades. The interior volume is structured around the large space corresponding to the central bay up to the staircase giving onto the garden. Currently, partitions break the line of this axis. The staircase is distinguished by its scale. It still possesses its Pompeian red painting with floral motifs as well as a large frieze serving as a dado. On the first floor, the landing opens through two arcs resting on three columns and the ceiling of the staircase cage has retained its stucco decoration. On the ground floor, four large salons are arranged around the central axis leading to the staircase. The salon to the south-east still contains its white marble fireplace and its stucco decoration. A corridor was probably opened, thus cutting the salon situated to the south-west but one finds the decoration of its ceiling consisting of square moulded caissons in this same corridor. The stuccoed ceiling and the mosaic floor are still visible in the north-west salon. Finally, the salon, to the east, has been completely subdivided. On the first floor, the rooms overlooking the boulevard have all retained their marble or onyx fireplaces.
