Construction commissioned in the years 1570-1600 by a merchant. Some alterations in the early 17th century (dormer dated 1603). Interior arrangement from the early 18th century; exceptional character of the paintings on wainscoting in an urban house: painted panels representing landscapes and views of the city and port of Roscoff located in a first-floor room.
