Les deux communes de Gouts et de Rossignol ont été réunies en 1827 et l'église Saint-Pierre-Es-Liens se situe dans le village de Rossignol, à l'est de la commune actuelle. Son plan est un rectangle orienté comprenant une nef à voûte lambrissée, l'avant-choeur carré du clocher sous une coupole et un choeur sous un berceau brisé. Une chapelle s'ouvre au sud de la travée du clocher et une sacristie s'insère dans l'angle formé par la chapelle et le choeur. Celui-ci date du 12ème ou du 13ème siècle et fut rehaussé d'un bahut de défense au moment de la guerre de Cent ans. La voûte de la chapelle sud est du 16ème siècle et le portail ouest, du 18ème.

History
The two communes of Gouts and Rossignol were united in 1827 and the church of Saint-Pierre-Es-Liens is situated in the village of Rossignol, to the east of the present commune. Its plan is an oriented rectangle comprising a nave with coffered vault, the fore-choir square of the bell tower under a dome and a choir under a pointed barrel vault. A chapel opens to the south of the bell tower bay and a sacristy is inserted in the angle formed by the chapel and the choir. The latter dates from the 12th or 13th century and was raised with a defensive parapet at the time of the Hundred Years' War. The vault of the southern chapel is of the 16th century and the western portal is of the 18th.
