Immeuble d'habitation construit de 1950 à 1959 sur les plans de l'architecte Louis Simon, dans le cadre de la reconstrution suivant les destructions de la seconde guerre mondiale. L'architecte s'inspire d'Auguste Perret. La résidence se compose de deux blocs identiques joints par les angles, une cage d'escalier faisant la liaison. Le volume de l'ensemble est souligné par la distinction des poteaux, poutres, corniches et remplissages. Chaque bloc compte cinq niveaux, avec un rez-de-chaussée pour le parking et quatre étages pour un total de quinze logements. Les deuxième et troisième étages sont occupés par des appartements en duplex dont la lecture en façade est révélée par les loggias et les balcons du deuxième étage. History
Residential building constructed from 1950 to 1959 on the plans of the architect Louis Simon, within the framework of reconstruction following the destructions of the Second World War. The architect is inspired by Auguste Perret. The residence consists of two identical blocks joined at the corners, a stairwell providing the link.
