The church presents some structures from an early construction of the beginning of the Romanesque period (south wall of the nave). In the 12th century, the nave is raised in ashlar and receives new openings. In the course of the 13th century or beginning of the 14th, the building is vaulted with ribs and provided, to the north, with a transept arm supporting a bell tower and fitted with an oriented chapel. The choir is completely rebuilt on a vast scale at the beginning of the 16th century. Alterations are made in the 19th century (reconstruction of the west façade in neo-Romanesque style; opening of a neo-Gothic door to access the north arm; restoration of the rib vaults of the nave, in brick). To the south, the facing of cubic rubble stone and vestiges of openings with fine voussoirs, replaced by Romanesque lancets with crossette archivolt, may date from the 11th century.
