Edifice de la première Renaissance, représentatif des petits châteaux d'allure archaïque très médiévale, à corps de logis rectangulaire, à un étage, couvert d'une haute toiture, flanqué en façade ou dans un angle d'une tour d'escalier en vis hors-d'oeuvre. Les larges fenêtres à croisillons scandées de pilastres, se superposent en travées couronnées par une haute lucarne pendante sommée par un amortissement en pierre. Le château présente une grosse tour polygonale. A l'intérieur, l'escalier en vis en pierre est couvert d'une voûte d'ogives au-dessus de laquelle se trouve une salle haute accessible par une tourelle.

History
Building of the first Renaissance, representative of small castles with an archaic, highly medieval appearance, with a rectangular main dwelling, one storey, covered with a high roof, flanked on the façade or in an angle by a spiral staircase tower projecting outward. The wide windows with crosses scandalized by pilasters are superimposed in bays crowned by a high pendant dormer surmounted by a stone finial. The castle presents a large polygonal tower. Inside, the stone spiral staircase is covered with a rib vault above which is found a high room accessible by a small tower.
