Historique
Hôtel de type classique, construit fin 18e début 19e siècle sur un logis plus ancien. L'intérieur de l'hôtel a été transformé à différentes époques. Il subsiste des caves voûtées et une aile de communs plus anciennes, ainsi qu'une tour d'escalier rectangulaire très remaniée à l'intérieur. Au dernier étage de cette tour subsiste un petit cabinet voûté en berceau, entièrement recouvert de peintures murales en grisaille ou trompe-l'oeil. Les scènes les plus importantes représentent un couple enlacé (Danaé et Jupiter ou Apollon avec Clymène, les parents de Phaéton ?) , et l'envol du char d'Apollon-Hélios. Le sommet des deux autres murs est garni d'une galerie de seize grands guerriers en buste. La voûte est également traitée en trompe-l'oeil à la façon d'une coupole circulaire ornée de colonnes, de guirlandes de fleurs tenues par quatre putti et ouverte sur le ciel. Au centre est représentée la chute de Phaéton foudroyé par Zeus.

History
Classical-style hotel, built at the end of the 18th and beginning of the 19th century on an older main dwelling. The interior of the hotel was transformed at different periods. There remain barrel-vaulted cellars and an older wing of outbuildings, as well as a rectangular staircase tower, substantially reworked inside. On the top floor of this tower there remains a small barrel-vaulted cabinet entirely covered in wall paintings in grisaille or trompe-l'oeil. The most important scenes represent an embracing couple (Danaé and Jupiter or Apollo with Clymene, the parents of Phaethon?), and the flight of the chariot of Apollo-Helios. The upper part of the two other walls is furnished with a gallery of sixteen large busts of warriors. The vault is also treated in trompe-l'oeil in the manner of a circular dome decorated with columns, garlands of flowers held by four putti and opening onto the sky. At the centre is depicted the fall of Phaethon struck by Zeus.
