History
Ensemble dating largely to the 19th century, comprising a house on three levels flanked by a more recent low wing, a courtyard, a garden and a former vinegar works attached to another bourgeois house. The vinegar works was built in 1920, in place of a former establishment, and operated until the 1970s, under the business name Mitterrand Frères. Inside, the ground floor is adorned with Breton panelling and transformed furniture. François Mitterrand was born in this residence on 26 October 1916.
