Tombstone erected after 1918 by the 298th, 328th and 42nd R.I. in memory of the Amaury-Lacareux family, shot by the Germans on 20 September 1914, and of their son, who died of hunger and cold. It is an extremely rare example of a First World War commemorative stele relating to the civilian population.
