L'ensemble fortifié occupe l'extrémité d'un éperon dominant la vallée du Blavet et l'un de ses affluents. Il est composé d'une motte, située à la pointe de l'éperon, flanquée d'une basse-cour de plan en fer à cheval, délimitée par une forte levée de terre. La motte en tronc de cône est de plan elliptique et mesure environ 5 m de haut. Le tertre est défendu à l'est et à l'ouest par un fossé sec.

History
The fortified complex occupies the end of a spur dominating the valley of the Blavet and one of its tributaries. It is composed of a motte, situated at the point of the spur, flanked by a bailey of horseshoe plan, delimited by a strong earth rampart. The truncated conical motte is of elliptical plan and measures approximately 5 metres high. The mound is defended to the east and west by a dry ditch.
