Historique
Cette maison, datée 1722, a été construite pour Hervé Quiterel (inscription). Les dépendances portent les dates 1754 et 1765. Le plan est rectangulaire, du type à fonctions multiples croisées sur deux étages : au rez-de-chaussée, se trouve une salle avec porte et fenêtre très ornées et une étable avec porte à linteau et jour ; à l'étage, sont disposées une chambre et un grenier ; deux lucarnes présentent un fronton cintré ; les bouches d'aération sont ornées en façade. La construction est en moellons de schiste et grès, de couleur variée ; les baies sont en pierre de taille. La couverture a été refaite en ardoise. La qualité du décor de cette maison est remarquable et se compare à certains exemples vus sur le canton voisin de Cléguérec (Morbihan). La maison est inoccupée et forme avec ses dépendances un ensemble du 18e siècle très bien préservé.

History
This house, dated 1722, was built for Hervé Quiterel (inscription). The outbuildings bear the dates 1754 and 1765. The plan is rectangular, of the type with multiple crossed functions on two storeys: on the ground floor, there is a hall with ornate door and window and a stable with lintel door and opening; on the upper floor, are arranged a bedroom and a granary; two dormers present a curved pediment; the ventilation openings are decorated on the façade. The construction is in rubble stone of schist and sandstone, of varied colour; the openings are in ashlar. The roof has been redone in slate. The quality of the decoration of this house is remarkable and compares to certain examples seen in the neighbouring canton of Cléguérec (Morbihan). The house is unoccupied and forms with its outbuildings a very well-preserved ensemble of the 18th century.
