Historique
L'existence de cette maison est attestée dès le 15e siècle. D'importants travaux de construction et de remaniements sont entrepris au 19e siècle. L'immeuble comprend un corps principal et deux ailes en retour donnant, à l'est, sur un jardin. A l'ouest se trouvent une tour du 16e siècle et un bâtiment du 19e donnant sur la rue. Les deux ailes sont plus basses que le bâtiment principal. Les façades donnant sur jardin présentent un riche décor sculpté du début de la Renaissance. Chaque façade est divisée verticalement par des pilastres plats renfermant soit des cercles, soit des losanges, terminés par des chapiteaux sculptés. Des bandeaux moulurés scandent horizontalement les façades. Entre ces bandeaux sont incluses des têtes sculptées : sybilles, prophètes et guerriers. La tour côté ouest reprend le même décor. L'aile sud a subi des transformations au 19e siècle.

History
The existence of this house is attested from the 15th century. Significant construction work and alterations were undertaken in the 19th century. The building comprises a main body and two return wings giving, to the east, onto a garden. To the west are found a 16th century tower and a 19th century building opening onto the street. The two wings are lower than the main building. The façades facing the garden display rich sculptural decoration from the early Renaissance. Each façade is divided vertically by flat pilasters containing either circles or lozenges, terminated by sculptured capitals. Moulded bands punctuate the façades horizontally. Between these bands are included sculptured heads: sibyls, prophets and warriors. The western tower takes up the same decoration. The south wing underwent transformations in the 19th century.
