Maison édifiée par les architectes parisiens Sauvage et Sarazin pour un agent de change. En 1905 débute la construction de la maison du gardien et des écuries ; en 1907 celle de la villa. Détails structurels extérieurs rationalistes. Espaces intérieurs aménagés dans une vision Art Nouveau. Les architectes signent l'intégralité du décor intérieur (cheminées, vitraux, poignées de porte, ...). La maison a été acquise en 1978 par la ville qui y a installé les archives d'architecture de la côte basque.

History
House built by the Parisian architects Sauvage and Sarazin for a stockbroker. In 1905 construction of the caretaker's house and stables began; in 1907 that of the villa. Rationalist external structural details. Interior spaces arranged in an Art Nouveau vision. The architects signed the entirety of the interior decoration (fireplaces, stained glass, door handles, ...). The house was acquired in 1978 by the town which installed the architectural archives of the Basque coast there.
