Une corniche à modillons court tout autour de la construction et donne naissance à un toit d'ardoises percé de lucarnes à coquilles.

History
In this villa, the architect Duc played with eclecticism by mixing Renaissance motifs with those of Mediterranean houses. The construction was completed by his collaborator, Roux. The dwelling is organized around a central patio where eight columns surround a basin. A round tower topped with a dome is housed in an angle of the north façade while a square then octagonal tower rises on the east façade. A terrace with paired columns opens onto the south façade. Mascarons beneath triangular pediments ornament the windows of the first floor. A cornice with modillions runs all around the building and gives rise to a slate roof pierced with shell dormers.
