Cette poissonnerie construite en 1936, après concours, par Maurice Vincent, architecte à Trouville, en association avec les architectes Marcel Davy et Maurice Halley, sous le mandat du maire Fernand Moureaux, élu en 1934. Sa structure est en béton armé (procédé Hennebique) , mais les faux pans de bois, l'échauguette d'angle et l'entrée de la criée, inspirée de la Lieutenance de Honfleur, traduisent la politique architecturale de normandisation, mise en oeuvre par le maire Fernand Moureaux.

History
This fish market built in 1936, following a competition, by Maurice Vincent, architect in Trouville, in association with architects Marcel Davy and Maurice Halley, under the mandate of mayor Fernand Moureaux, elected in 1934. Its structure is in reinforced concrete (Hennebique system), but the false timber framing, the corner turret and the entrance to the fish auction, inspired by the Lieutenance of Honfleur, reflect the architectural policy of Normanization implemented by mayor Fernand Moureaux.
