Le corps de bâtiment principal présente seize travées et est cantonné de deux ailes couronnées de pavillons massifs. L'ossature est dissimulée par des enduits et décors en ciment de style néo-Louis XVI. Les espaces intérieurs sont organisés autour de trois pôles : les salles de jeu en enfilade, les restaurants face à la mer et le théâtre à l'italienne.

This casino, inaugurated in 1912, work of Alexandre Durville, distinguishes itself by a new programming: to gather all uses (social, recreational and curative) in a single building.
