Au début du 13e siècle, le droit de patronnage fut donné à l'abbaye de Saint-André-en-Gouffern. L'église semble avoir été bâtie avant la donation, au début du 13e siècle, par la famille d'Aunou (nef avec arcatures romanes). A la fin du 15e siècle, l'église fut repercée de grandes baies moulurées, et un clocher-porche à pan de bois fut accolé au pignon occidental de la nef. History
At the beginning of the 13th century, the right of patronage was given to the abbey of Saint-André-en-Gouffern. The church appears to have been built before the donation, at the beginning of the 13th century, by the family of Aunou (nave with Romanesque arcading). At the end of the 15th century, the church was reopened with large moulded openings, and a porch tower of timber framing was attached to the western gable of the nave. In the 18th or 19th century, wide curved openings of brick and stone replaced narrower openings. In the 19th century, very extensive interior modifications were carried out. The gable wall separating the nave from the porch was demolished; the vault of the choir was rebuilt in plaster. The bell tower was remade in 1959.
