Historique
Construit vraisemblablement en 1576 (date portée) , ce moulin à vent est de type pivot et a servi de moulin à farine. Les pieds de bois du moulin reposent sur trois traverses également en bois posées sur des massifs cubiques en brique. Les parties basses sont protégées par un abri hexagonal, en essentage de planches, couvert de tavaillons. History
Built presumably in 1576 (date recorded), this windmill is of the pivot type and was used as a flour mill. The wooden feet of the mill rest on three wooden crossbeams also placed on cubic masses in brick. The lower parts are protected by a hexagonal shelter, with wooden sheathing, covered with wooden shingles. The mill cabin is with wooden sheathing, under a roof with two slopes, apparently slightly curved in the Flemish manner (?); it is accessible by a ladder which the directional weathervane cuts in half. The sails have cross-ribs with small wood, with triple compartments. This mill has benefited since its protection from very careful external restoration. Long noticed, its protection under the 1930 legislation was made in 1970.
