History
The building, named a chapel, appears to be linked to the castle of which it was to be the entrance. The door consists of a first arch formed of three rows of decorated voussoirs, supported by squat columns with sculpted capitals, braced by a buttress that comes to strike a second arch of earlier construction. Behind this arch, a third is supported by two monolithic Roman columns bearing inscriptions. This archivolt of Roman origin was applied to the 12th-century building.
