L'église dépendait du prieuré de Barbezieux. Le plan de l'édifice est en forme de croix, avec chevet plat. La nef comprend deux premières travées du 15e siècle, déviées sur l'axe du reste de l'édifice, avec voûtes à nervures et liernes. Une travée plus étroite est couverte de voûtes à nervures reposant sur des colonnes romanes. History
The church was dependent on the priory of Barbezieux. The plan of the building is in the form of a cross, with flat chevet. The nave comprises two first bays of the 15th century, diverted from the axis of the rest of the building, with rib vaults and tiernes. A narrower bay is covered with rib vaults resting on Romanesque columns. The transept and present choir are covered with rib vaults resting on colonnettes of the 13th century with foliage capitals. The vault of the choir bears the date 1682. The portal of the western façade dates from the 15th century and presents pinnacles, prismatic mouldings and curled cabbages. Square bell tower with trifid geminate windows.
