De forme octogonale, faite d'un rez-de-chaussée et d'un étage de même forme, couvert en terrasse, elle est placée sur une petite plateforme au milieu d'un bassin artificiel. Structure de caillasse et de briques, avec baies en pierre de taille. Un balcon en fer et fonte protège la plateforme. Il est supporté par des colonnes en fonte. Cette fabrique est un exemple typique du romantisme.

History
Gardens created by the landscape architect Edouard André. Fabrique dating from the first quarter of the 19th century. Of octagonal form, made of a ground floor and an upper storey of the same form, covered as a terrace, it is placed on a small platform in the middle of an artificial basin. Structure of rubble stone and bricks, with openings in stone dressing. An iron and cast-iron balcony protects the platform. It is supported by cast-iron columns.
