Historique
Les Franciscains, dits Cordeliers, bâtirent leur église en 1260, à l'aide des dons et aumônes des habitants. Béatrix de Bourgogne fit bâtir peu après le choeur et les trois chapelles qui l'entouraient (celle du fond a disparu). Elle fit également voûter l'ensemble de l'édifice. Le couvent des Franciscains fut ravagé en 1562 et renversé en 1568 par les Protestants, à l'exception de la chapelle dont ils firent un hôpital pour leurs coreligionnaires. La chapelle fut restaurée, agrandie et pourvue d'une tribune et d'une verrière en 1866-1867.

History
The Franciscans, called Cordeliers, built their church in 1260, with the aid of donations and alms from the inhabitants. Béatrix of Burgundy had the choir built shortly after and the three chapels that surrounded it (the one at the back has disappeared). She also had the entire building vaulted. The convent of the Franciscans was ravaged in 1562 and overthrown in 1568 by the Protestants, with the exception of the chapel which they made into a hospital for their co-religionists. The chapel was restored, enlarged and provided with a tribune and stained glass window in 1866-1867.
