History
Romanesque edifice of the 12th and 13th centuries whose walls were raised, very probably for purposes of defence. The nave, flanked on the exterior by substantial buttresses, is vaulted by a depressed barrel vault, reinforced by powerful transverse arches resting on piles forming interior buttresses, which are connected by arches that give this interior a massive appearance. At the end of the nave, the square apse is vaulted with a groin vault. A square bell tower and a side chapel of the 14th century complete the ensemble.
