Historique
Eglise donnée en 1090 au prieuré Saint-Florent de la Rochefoucauld, par Adémar, évêque d'Angoulême. Il ne subsiste rien de l'édifice d'origine. La nef a été reconstruite à la fin du 15e siècle. Le transept date du dernier tiers du 12e siècle. La voûte en brique remonte à 1865. Le carré du transept est couvert d'une coupole sur trompes. Le choeur rectangulaire se termine par un chevet plat.

History
Church given in 1090 to the priory of Saint-Florent de la Rochefoucauld, by Adémar, bishop of Angoulême. Nothing remains of the original building. The nave was rebuilt at the end of the 15th century. The transept dates from the last third of the 12th century. The brick vault dates from 1865. The crossing of the transept is covered by a dome on pendentives. The rectangular choir terminates in a flat chevet.
