Une première église existait, à un emplacement différent de celle-ci. L'église actuelle aurait été commencée entre 1720 et 1730. En 1834, un projet d'agrandissement comprend la construction de la chapelle du Sacré Coeur et de celle de la Vierge ; deux chapelles pour messes basses sur les bas-côtés ; les bas-côtés ; les chapelles des fonts baptismaux ; le ravalement de la façade principale ; la galerie sur les bas-côtés et la sacristie ainsi que la porte sur la route de Toulouse. L'église est de plan en croix latine avec chevet plat. Les voûtes en berceau sont ornées de peinture. Des motifs en stuc peint ornent certaines parties du vaisseau. La seule partie ancienne conservée avant les travaux 19e siècle, doit être la partie centrale de la façade sur l'entrée. Celle-ci se compose d'un ordre ionique couronné par un fronton. History
A first church existed at a different location from this one. The present church is believed to have been begun between 1720 and 1730. In 1834, an enlargement project includes the construction of the chapel of the Sacred Heart and that of the Virgin; two chapels for low masses on the aisles; the aisles; the chapels of the baptismal fonts; the rendering of the main façade; the gallery over the aisles and the sacristy as well as the door on the road to Toulouse. The church is of Latin cross plan with flat chevet. The barrel vaults are adorned with painting. Motifs in painted stucco ornament certain parts of the nave. The only old part preserved before the 19th century works must be the central part of the façade at the entrance. This comprises an Ionic order crowned by a pediment. The frieze of the entablature is curved according to a fashion very widespread in the region. A window with a depressed arch surmounts the round-arch door of the entrance. Projecting tables ornament the spaces between the pilasters which turn at the angles.
