L'immeuble a conservé des vestiges du 15e siècle (vestiges flamboyants d'une façade sur cour) et a été en partie reconstruit au 18e. Le portail à refends et consoles, l'escalier avec sa rampe au départ enroulé en cylindre, sont des éléments caractéristiques du style en usage, dans la région montpelliéraine, au milieu du 18e siècle. Encadré de refends, le portail s'ouvre sous un arc surbaissé. L'ébrasement est creusé en niche, dessinant en élévation une anse de panier. Les piédroits supportent de longues consoles contournées tandis que la clef de l'arc est chargée d'un grand cartouche orné de volutes et de guirlandes. Le tout est abrité sous un petit entablement à larmier. Un couloir oblique conduit à une cour pentagonale. Il s'agit d'un parallèlogramme dont on aurait abattu l'angle occidental. Dans ce pan coupé s'ouvre une petite porte dont l'arc surbaissé est mouluré d'un cavet. Cette porte donne accès à une descente de cave. Cette partie de construction paraît fort ancienne. La façade nord-ouest était ouverte par deux arcs légèrement brisés, séparés par un étroit pilier. Le pilier central supporte un dais très aigu, décoré d'arcs trilobés flamboyants, de fins pinacles, de fleurons et de bourgeons sur les rampants.

History
The building has retained vestiges of the 15th century (Flamboyant vestiges of a courtyard facade) and was partly rebuilt in the 18th century. The portal with rustication and consoles, the staircase with its ramp beginning in a cylindrical coil, are characteristic elements of the style in use, in the Montpellier region, in the middle of the 18th century. Framed by rustication, the portal opens under a depressed arch. The jambs are hollowed out in a niche, drawing at elevation a basket-handle shape. The jamb posts support long ornamental consoles while the keystone of the arch is charged with a large cartouche decorated with volutes and garlands. The whole is sheltered under a small entablature with drip mould. An oblique corridor leads to a pentagonal courtyard. It is a parallelogram with the western corner cut off. In this cut corner opens a small door whose depressed arch is moulded with a cavetto. This door gives access to a cellar descent. This part of the construction appears very ancient. The north-west facade was opened by two slightly pointed arches, separated by a narrow pier. The central pier supports a very acute canopy, decorated with Flamboyant trilobed arches, fine pinnacles, finials and buds on the rampants.
