La chapelle comprend un édifice rectangulaire avec contreforts aux angles, et un grand porche formé par deux piles cylindriques et deux piles engagées soutenant trois arceaux qui supportent la charpente. Les deux arceaux latéraux sont légèrement surbaissés ; le troisième en arc brisé. La chapelle elle-même est couverte par une voûte en croisée d'ogives, sans supports, et dont les retombées s'insèrent dans la maçonnerie, au-dessus de culots moulurés. Une marche transversale sépare la chapelle en deux parties presque égales. Un bahut de pierre qui suit le mouvement de la marche, longe les deux côtés de la chapelle. Les chapelles à porche sont rares dans l'Hérault. Elles ont dû être plus nombreuses à cause de l'influence exercée par l'église Saint-Benoît de Montpellier, devenue cathédrale.

History
The chapel comprises a rectangular building with buttresses at the angles, and a large porch formed by two cylindrical piles and two engaged piles supporting three arches which support the roof framework. The two lateral arches are slightly depressed; the third with a pointed arch. The chapel itself is covered by a rib vault, without supports, and whose supports are inserted into the masonry, above moulded corbels. A transverse step divides the chapel into two almost equal parts. A stone plinth which follows the movement of the step, runs along the two sides of the chapel. Chapels with porches are rare in Hérault. They must have been more numerous because of the influence exerted by the church of Saint-Benoît of Montpellier, which became a cathedral.
