Historique
Une importante dénivellation sépare les rues des Docteurs-Bourguet et la rampe des Canterelles, entraînant au rez-de-chaussée de l'édifice la création d'une terrasse rue des Docteurs-Bourguet. L'immeuble ayant subi d'importantes modifications au 18e siècle, notamment dans les dispositions du portail d'entrée, il en est résulté des terrassements assez importants qui ont exhaussé le sol de la cour. La base de la tourelle d'escalier, en bordure de cette cour, s'est ainsi trouvée enterrée. Cette tourelle ainsi que les autres vestiges flambloyants encore visibles, sont situés au fond de la cour. L'ancienne porte sur cour de la tourelle est accostée de faisceaux de colonnettes formant pinacles, et surmontée d'un gâble à inflexions. Des animaux monstrueux de haute dimension en décorent les rampants (lion aîlé, chimère, basilic).

History
A significant difference in level separates the Rue des Docteurs-Bourguet and the Rampe des Canterelles, resulting in the creation of a terrace at ground floor level of the building on Rue des Docteurs-Bourguet. The building having undergone significant modifications in the 18th century, particularly in the arrangements of the entrance doorway, this resulted in fairly substantial earthworks which raised the level of the courtyard floor. The base of the staircase turret, on the edge of this courtyard, thus found itself buried. This turret as well as the other Flamboyant vestiges still visible are located at the far end of the courtyard. The old courtyard door of the turret is flanked by bundles of small columns forming pinnacles, and surmounted by a gable with inflections. Monstrous animals of large size decorate its rampants (winged lion, chimera, basilisk).
