Historique
Le propriétaire de la maison est connu depuis 1671. L'immeuble est reconstruit en 1774, avec obligation de faire un pan coupé pouvant être décoré d'un balcon. L'exécution du balcon peut dater du début de l'année 1775. Ce balcon est ondulé à la fois en plan et en élévation. La ferronnerie comprend un grand panneau central, deux courts pilastres et les deux panneaux des retours arrondis. L'axe du panneau central est marqué par une longue tige verticale chargée de feuillages et terminée en pointe sous une sorte de couronne. Le remplage comporte une série de volutes variées, souvent assemblées par leur oeil commun. History
The owner of the house is known from 1671. The building is rebuilt in 1774, with an obligation to make a cut corner that could be decorated with a balcony. The execution of the balcony may date from the beginning of 1775. This balcony is undulating both in plan and in elevation. The ironwork comprises a large central panel, two short pilasters and the two panels of the rounded returns. The tracery comprises a series of varied scrolls, often assembled by their common eye. At the joints of the motifs with one another, the frequent interposition of balls, olives, small circles is noted. Certain voids are filled with scrolls terminated in tendrils. The whole is perfectly symmetrical with respect to the vertical axis. On the lateral panels, the composition based on spirals is arranged symmetrically around an undulating stem, charged with a large leaf bud.
