Le propriétaire est connu depuis 1671. L'immeuble comprenait alors une maison et le porche. La cour intérieure n'en faisait pas partie, mais dépendait de l'hôtel situé au 15 rue des Lombards. Quelques panneaux, au premier étage, ont un médaillon central ovale contenant, soit deux ancres entrecroisées, soit un monogramme. La même disposition se répète sur deux étages, aussi bien pour la ferronnerie que pour les limons à pendentifs. Au troisième étage, l'escalier se continue mais avec une simple rampe à barreaux droits.

The large panels generally present a central motif of floron with three lobed petals, in infill of symmetrical volutes with returns. A few panels, on the first floor, have an oval central medallion containing either two crossed anchors or a monogram. The same arrangement repeats over two storeys, both for the ironwork and for the stringers with pendants. On the third floor, the staircase continues but with a simple straight bar ramp.
