Le propriétaire de cette maison d'angle est connu depuis 1480. Parmi les restes des constructions successives qui se sont adaptées à l'hôtel du prévôt Guiran, le plus intéressant est le portail d'entrée qui paraît dater du 18e siècle. C'est une ouverture rectangulaire dont l'encadrement mouluré saillant est accosté par des pilastres rainurés, portant des consoles cannelées, traversées par de fines guirlandes en oblique. Le cartouche contourné qui occupe le centre du linteau, se relie à deux guirlandes chargées de roses et de feuillages. Contre les angles supérieurs se voient de petits ailerons en volutes plates.

History
The owner of this corner house is known since 1480. Among the remains of the successive constructions that adapted themselves to the hôtel of prevost Guiran, the most interesting is the entrance portal which appears to date from the 18th century. It is a rectangular opening whose projecting moulded frame is flanked by fluted pilasters, bearing fluted consoles, crossed by fine garlands in diagonal. The contorted cartouche which occupies the centre of the lintel connects to two garlands laden with roses and foliage. Against the upper corners are seen small winged volutes in flat spirals.
