Au-dessus de la fenêtre du rez-de-chaussée est incrustée une pierre noire. Il s'agit d'un grand blason à cimier. Au centre, un écu ovale. Le blason est un chevron accompagné en chef de deux animaux indistincts et en pointe d'un lion. Le support présente deux lions affrontés. Au cimier, heaume, d'acier poli, la ventaille abaissée, lambrequin. Les bords du cartouche sont contournés et enroulés en volutes. Sous l'écu se trouve un quatrefeuilles. Plus bas, deux cornets opposés d'où s'échappent des fruits (pommes et raisins). D'après la tradition, cette pierre aurait été enlevée de la façade du château.

History
Above the ground-floor window is inlaid a black stone. It is a large achievement with a crest. In the centre, an oval shield. The achievement is a chevron accompanied in the chief by two indistinct animals and in the base by a lion. The supporters consist of two affronted lions. At the crest, helm of polished steel, the ventail lowered, mantling. The edges of the cartouche are contoured and rolled into scrolls. Below the shield is a quatrefoil. Lower down, two opposed cornucopias from which issue fruits (apples and grapes). According to tradition, this stone is said to have been removed from the façade of the castle.
