Cette pyramide marquerait les limites des anciens diocèses de Carcassonne et de Narbonne. Puichéric dépendait de Carcassonne. L'ouvrage pourrait dater de la seconde moitié du 18e siècle, comme l'indique le style de la mouluration et des inscriptions. Sa hauteur totale est de 4,43m. Le socle, monolithe, est de section carrée. Le soubassement est surmonté d'une plinthe puis d'un filet raccordé par un cavet à un autre filet et à un couronnement dont la mouluration est dégradée. History
This pyramid would mark the boundaries of the former dioceses of Carcassonne and Narbonne. Puichéric was dependent on Carcassonne. The structure could date from the second half of the 18th century, as indicated by the style of the moulding and inscriptions. Its total height is 4.43m. The base, a monolith, is of square section. The plinth is surmounted by a fillet then by a fillet connected by a cavetto to another fillet and to a cornice whose moulding is degraded. The pyramid, also monolithic, rests on the base by a square base. All faces, both of the base and of the pyramid, are without inscriptions, with the exception of the south face of the base where has been inscribed in relief: "chemin de Carcassonne à Béziers" in capital letters.
