Historique
Le lieu de Fa est encore cité, à la date de 1360, parmi les possessions de l'archevêque de Narbonne, qui jouissait de la moitié de la moyenne et de la basse justice. Une autre partie de la seigneurie appartenait à d'autres co-seigneurs. La tour est à peu près carrée. La porte, basse, s'ouvrait à l'est. Il ne paraît exister que deux archères, très courtes, l'une au nord, l'autre au sud, à trois mètres du sol. L'enceinte a disparu sur presque toute sa longueur. Il en reste toutefois un fragment, à l'ouest de la tour. A l'est de la tour, le roc est creusé d'une citerne rectangulaire, en partie comblée.

History
The place of Fa is still cited, at the date of 1360, among the possessions of the archbishop of Narbonne, who enjoyed half of the middle and lower justice. Another part of the seigneurie belonged to other co-lords. The tower is roughly square. The gate, low, opened to the east. There appear to be only two arrow slits, very short, one to the north, the other to the south, three metres above ground. The enclosure has disappeared over almost its entire length. A fragment of it remains, however, to the west of the tower. To the east of the tower, the rock is hollowed out with a rectangular cistern, partly filled in.
