La place Gambetta, ou du Marché, était jadis le "Planal". Les façades situées dans l'axe de cette grande place ont toujours abrité des boutiques. Les propriétaires des boutiques possédaient des annexes de l'autre côté de la ruelle, maisons et annexes communiquant par des passages couverts. L'édifice Dunyach présente, au premier étage, un balcon supporté par trois puissants encorbellements, à trois quarts-de-rond superposés, chacun orné d'un listel. La ferronnerie comporte, sans compter le retour latéral de gauche, trois panneaux, les deux panneaux latéraux galbés encadrant un panneau central plan. Chaque panneau se compose de deux volutes doubles, en esse, symétriques et d'un motif central en coeur, centré par un petit ovale. Il en est de même des petits panneaux séparatifs, étroits, composés de deux fers spiralés opposés. La maison Sibra a conservé sa porte d'entrée ancienne, avec arc plein cintre appareillé, avec extrados concentrique. Les parements des claveaux présentent des pointes de diamant. La clé de voûte est en console, sculptée de feuilles d'acanthe dégradées. Les trois consoles triples qui supportent le balcon sont de même profil que celles de la maison voisine, mais elles reposent sur des pilastres larges et peu saillants, surmontés de petites impostes. Cet ouvrage de ferronnerie se divise en sept panneaux, reliés par de petits panneaux d'assemblage. Les panneaux s'ornent d'une série de volutes et de spirales symétriques par rapport à une tige centrale ronde.

History
Place Gambetta, or du Marché, was formerly the "Planal". The facades situated on the axis of this great square have always housed shops. The owners of the shops possessed annexes on the other side of the alley, houses and annexes communicating by covered passages. The Dunyach building displays, on the first storey, a balcony supported by three powerful corbels, with three superimposed quarter-rounds, each decorated with a listel. The ironwork comprises, not counting the left-hand lateral return, three panels, the two lateral curved panels framing a central flat panel. Each panel consists of two double volutes in S-curve, symmetrical and a central heart motif, centred by a small oval. The same applies to the small separative panels, narrow, composed of two opposed spiralled irons. The Sibra house has retained its old entrance door, with round arch and rusticated voussoirs, with concentric extrados. The faces of the voussoirs display diamond points. The keystone is in console form, carved with degraded acanthus leaves. The three triple corbels supporting the balcony have the same profile as those of the neighbouring house, but rest on wide pilasters with slight projection, surmounted by small lintels. This ironwork is divided into seven panels, connected by small assembly panels. The panels are decorated with a series of volutes and spirals symmetrical about a central round stem.
