La paroisse dépendait de l'archiprêtré de Melle. L'église, d'origine romane, a été remaniée à la période gothique. Deux cimetières se trouvaient aux abords. History
The parish came under the archpriest of Melle. The church, of Romanesque origin, was altered in the Gothic period. Two cemeteries were located nearby. Sold at the Revolution as national property, the church and rectory passed into private ownership. The church was converted into a dwelling. The facade remains traditional: flat side buttresses, horizontal cornice with modillions, portal with two round arches. It preserves remnants of Romanesque sculpture.
