Le fief de Gagemon est cité dès le 14e siècle. De gros travaux de restauration ont été réalisés au début du 19e siècle (avant 1835), puis après 1840 : construction de nouveaux communs, agrandissement des pavillons latéraux englobant en partie les deux tours rondes. Entre 1880 et 1912, une grille d'entrée pouvant dater de la seconde moitié du 19e siècle a été placée à l'entrée du parc. Le domaine, enclos de murs, comprend potager, verger, bois de buis, charmille, jardin et allées avec plusieurs bassins d'agrément. Un salon d'été à l'entrée du potager et un ancien bâtiment avec arches et sous-sol, sont disposés dans le parc. Le logis est de plan rectangulaire, flanqué de deux tours rondes sur l'élévation sud-ouest, et d'une tour polygonale au milieu de l'élévation nord-est. L'ensemble peut remonter à la fin du Moyen-âge mais fut altéré par le percements de baies rectangulaires, la création d'un troisième niveau sous comble et la construction de deux pavillons bas sur les élévations latérales.

History
The fief of Gagemon is cited from the 14th century. Major restoration work was carried out in the early 19th century (before 1835), then after 1840: construction of new outbuildings, enlargement of the lateral pavilions partially incorporating the two round towers. Between 1880 and 1912, an entrance gate possibly dating from the second half of the 19th century was placed at the entrance to the park. The domain, enclosed by walls, comprises a vegetable garden, orchard, boxwood wood, hornbeam hedge, garden and paths with several ornamental basins. A summer drawing room at the entrance to the vegetable garden and an old building with arches and basement are laid out in the park. The main dwelling is of rectangular plan, flanked by two round towers on the south-west elevation, and a polygonal tower in the middle of the north-east elevation. The whole may date back to the end of the Middle Ages but was altered by the creation of rectangular openings, the creation of a third level under the roof space and the construction of two low pavilions on the lateral elevations.
