En 1645, le château est reconstruit à la suite d'un incendie, et le colombier construit. Ces travaux ont pu durer jusqu'en 1687, date indiquée au-dessus de la porte d'entrée. Sur une peinture de la cheminée du salon est représenté le château d'origine ou projeté : fuye, corps de logis cantonné de deux pavillons, deux pavillons isolés en avancée et qui marquaient l'entrée de la cour. Aujourd'hui, le logis s'inscrit dans un vaste quadrilatère fermé de longues dépendances. Un portail d'entrée à deux portes se trouve à proximité de la route. Le logis présente un corps central rectangulaire assorti d'un pavillon en avancée. Les deux niveaux sont ponctués de travées régulières. Les baies sont entourées de chaînages et les lucarnes sont à frontons-pignon triangulaires et ailerons. La porte axiale est sommée d'un fronton triangulaire avec blason et oculi latéraux. Deux cheminées à décor peint sont à signaler dans le salon et à l'étage (décor ocre jaune, ocre rouge et bleu, de rinceaux de feuillages et de fleurs sur fond marron).

History
In 1645, the château is reconstructed following a fire, and the dovecote is built. These works may have lasted until 1687, the date indicated above the entrance door. On a painting of the salon fireplace is represented the original or projected château: dovecote, main dwelling flanked by two pavilions, two isolated pavilions in advance which marked the entrance to the courtyard. Today, the dwelling is inscribed within a vast closed quadrilateral of long dependencies. An entrance portal with two doors is found near the road. The dwelling presents a rectangular central body fitted with a projecting pavilion. The two levels are punctuated by regular bays. The openings are surrounded by chain courses and the dormers are with triangular pediment-gables and wing ornaments. The axial door is crowned with a triangular pediment with coat of arms and lateral oculi. Two fireplaces with painted decoration are to be noted in the salon and on the floor (decoration in ochre-yellow, ochre-red and blue, with foliage sprays and flowers on a brown ground).
