History
Church whose origin goes back to the late 11th century, and perhaps to an earlier period. The choir, whose axis does not correspond to that of the nave, must have replaced a primitive apse or been added later, at the same time as the western gable and the north face were rebuilt, probably in the 15th century. The 11th-century nave was probably covered with exposed timber framing, but it was later given a ceiling. The choir with a square chevet is vaulted in a basket-handle barrel vault.
