Ce prieuré, fondé avant la fin du 11e siècle, comprend une abbatiale (11e-12e siècle) prolongée par un ensemble claustral. Ravagés pendant les guerres de Religion, les bâtiments conventuels ont été restaurés au long du 18e siècle. L'ensemble est bâti au centre d'un enclos ovoïde encore bien lisible, identifié comme l'assise foncière d'origine. Le musée du prieuré a été installé à partir de 1926.

History
This priory, founded before the end of the 11th century, comprises an abbatial church (11th-12th century) extended by a claustral complex. Ravaged during the Wars of Religion, the conventional buildings were restored throughout the 18th century. The ensemble is built in the centre of an ovoid enclosure still clearly legible, identified as the original land base. The priory museum was established from 1926 onwards.
