La forteresse du Havre élevée par les Allemands à partir de 1942, fait partie du Mur de l'Atlantique. The fortress of Le Havre erected by the Germans from 1942 onwards is part of the Atlantic Wall. It comprises an underground hospital built entirely from June 1942 to early 1943, on the site of a former brewery, whose cellars are reused. Used by the Germans during the fighting in September 1944, then by the Allies in 1945, this complex structure comprises a blockhouse, two bunkers and a hospital.
