L'atelier est construit en 1924 pour le sculpteur-marbrier Léonce Boirlaud, qui réalise lui-même la maquette et exécute le décor sculpté de la façade, en faisant appel aux services de l'architecte Omer Treich, de Limoges. History
The workshop was built in 1924 for the sculptor-stoneworker Léonce Boirlaud, who himself produced the model and executed the sculpted decoration of the façade, calling upon the services of the architect Omer Treich of Limoges. The workshop was abandoned in 1986 and only its pediment-sign façade remains, bearing the inscriptions sculpture in stone-masonry, stone and granite.
