La chapelle se trouve à l'emplacement d'un lieu où se trouvait autrefois une église et une collégiale. La construction est édifiée au-dessus d'une piscine dont l'accès se fait par un escalier. Alimentée par une source située en arrière, elle était réputée miraculeuse. Cette source fut détournée lorsque le cimetière fut établi en ce lieu, au 19e siècle, et la piscine a été utilisée comme ossuaire. History
The chapel is located where there once stood a church and a collegiate church. The construction is erected above a pool whose access is by a staircase. Fed by a spring located to the rear, it was reputed to be miraculous. This spring was diverted when the cemetery was established in this place, in the 19th century, and the pool was used as an ossuary. The building is crowned by two ramps forming a pediment and terminates with an acroterion. In this masonry mass is carved a recessed altar which provides a base for a Pietà of the period. Only the anterior face is decorated, framed by an arch formed of cavetto mouldings, fillet mouldings and roll mouldings resting on capitals, columns, bases and plinths set on a step.
