Un fragment semblable existe sur le champ de foire de la commune voisine de Lavaveix-les-Mines. Ces restes ont une grande analogie avec un tambour de colonne conservé dans l'établissement thermal du Mont-Dore. Ce fragment devait appartenir à un temple ou une villa.

History
Drum of a granite column laid directly on the ground, 85cm high, of unknown origin. It bears a decoration of overlapping leaves. A similar fragment exists on the fair ground of the neighbouring commune of Lavaveix-les-Mines. These remains have a great analogy with a column drum preserved in the thermal establishment of Mont-Dore. This fragment must have belonged to a temple or a villa.
