Avant la Révolution, l'église appartenait au diocèse de Clermont-Ferrand. Le patronage appartenait à l'abbaye de Chambon. Cette église de la fin du 13e et du début du 14e siècle, comprend une nef de trois travées à chevet droit, la dernière travée formant choeur. Elle a été revoûtée d'ogives en 1870, date à laquelle a été ajoutée une chapelle au nord. Cette voûte moderne, remplaçant un lambris, a utilisé une partie des supports de la voûte d'ogives primitive. History
Before the Revolution, the church belonged to the diocese of Clermont-Ferrand. The patronage belonged to the abbey of Chambon. This church of the late 13th and early 14th century comprises a nave of three bays with a straight chevet, the last bay forming the choir. It was re-vaulted with rib vaults in 1870, the date when a chapel was added to the north. This modern vault, replacing a wooden ceiling, used part of the supports of the primitive rib vault. The chevet is lit by a long trilobed opening. South portal with pointed arch tracery with mouldings, small columns and capitals forming a frieze. Bell tower wall with triangular gable.
