Historique
La seigneurie de La Combe est attestée à la fin du 16ème siècle. Le logis, de plan rectangulaire, présente trois niveaux d'élévation plus un de comble. La façade principale, rythmée de baies contraste avec l'austérité de la façade arrière occupée par deux tours rondes accolées et couvertes d'une seule toiture. Des aménagements intérieurs ont été réalisés à différentes époques, notamment aux 18ème et 19ème siècles. Un pigeonnier, auquel est accolé une grange-remise au 19ème siècle, est implanté devant le logis. Au nord-est de l'ensemble, se trouve un jardin en face duquel s'élève un pavillon abritant des latrines. Une vaste grange-écurie-étable datant de la fin du 18ème siècle se dresse le long du chemin d'accès au domaine. En contrebas, trois moulins sont installés au pied de l'étang de La Combe. Ce dernier alimente les moulins mais aussi les pêcheries du domaine grâce à un réseau de canaux dont le cours est équipé d'un système de pelles permettant de gérer le débit de l'eau, élément omniprésent à La Combe.

History
The seigneury of La Combe is attested at the end of the 16th century. The main dwelling, of rectangular plan, presents three levels of elevation plus one of roof space. The main façade, rhythmed by openings, contrasts with the austerity of the rear façade occupied by two adjoining round towers covered with a single roof. Interior arrangements were carried out at different periods, notably in the 18th and 19th centuries. A dovecote, to which a barn-shed is adjoined in the 19th century, is implanted in front of the main dwelling. To the north-east of the ensemble is found a garden in front of which stands a pavilion housing latrines. A vast barn-stable-byre dating from the end of the 18th century stands along the access road to the estate. Below, three mills are installed at the foot of the pond of La Combe. The latter supplies the mills but also the fish ponds of the estate by means of a network of channels whose course is equipped with a system of paddles allowing the management of water flow, an omnipresent element at La Combe.
