Historique
Petit sanctuaire rural caractéristique des églises médiévales du plateau de Millevaches, construites en granit. Il a été édifié au 13e siècle et modifié au 16e. La nef rectangulaire est terminée par un chevet plat. Une chapelle s'ouvre dans le mur nord, voûtée d'ogives à une lierne transversale, partant d'une clé ornée d'un soleil chevelu. Les deux culots sont ornés, l'un d'un oiseau, l'autre d'un motif géométrique. Entre cette chapelle et le mur du chevet, au-dessus d'une ouverture rectangulaire, se trouve un bas-relief. History
Small rural sanctuary characteristic of medieval churches of the Millevaches plateau, built in granite. It was built in the 13th century and modified in the 16th. The rectangular nave is terminated by a flat chevet. A chapel opens in the north wall, vaulted with ribs with a transverse lierne, starting from a keystone decorated with a hairy sun. The two corbels are decorated, one with a bird, the other with a geometric motif. Between this chapel and the wall of the chevet, above a rectangular opening, is found a bas-relief. A bearded figure, inscribed within a polylobed arch, holds his hands raised. Below, a shield is supported by two figures. Two other bearded figures flank the bas-relief. This chapel belonged to the order of Malta.
